We ordered pizza, wings and bread sticks and they forgot our wings and we had to drive back 25 mins to cold food. Management was completely rude and wouldn’t talk to us by just handing us the food and shutting the drive thru door extremely rudely

Terrible service. Forgot to cook my order and then forgot they had me waiting for my order. Was given the excuse “we had a big order”. From reading other reviews that seems to be the excuse anytime they fail to cook an order. Absolutely horrible.

Too focused on carry-out and delivery. They forgot to put our order in, but didn't tell us. After a 45 minute wait, we asked about our pizza and they told us 4 more minutes. When we received it 5 minutes later, it was cold. When I said we weren't happy with our food, they just told us how much we owe. Not going back to Ottumwa Wing Street ever again.
