Perfect brisket and cheesy potatoes.
We had PCC cater our wedding and we have had multiple people approach us about how wonderful the food was. Chicken was so tender and so much flavor and the ham balls were a favorite of many! Catering to 350+ people isn’t a small task and we couldn’t be happier with how things went & the quality of the food— which was one of the most important investments we felt like making for our special day! Thanks so much for being the icing on the cake for our best day!!
