We had PCC cater our wedding and we have had multiple people approach us about how wonderful the food was. Chicken was so tender and so much flavor and the ham balls were a favorite of many! Catering to 350+ people isn’t a small task and we couldn’t be happier with how things went & the quality of the food— which was one of the most important investments we felt like making for our special day! Thanks so much for being the icing on the cake for our best day!!
at the Baxter IA pull. your food is awesome. I had the brisket sandwich and cheesy potatoes, hubby had the pulled pork nachos. I will dream about both sauces until the next time we see you. thank you for great meal!!!!!
We are from Missouri and got married in Iowa. We found Prime Country BBQ & Catering online. They were amazing to work with. We ordered brisket (very tender and great flavor!), Parmesan crusted chicken, crack green beans, cheesy potatoes and salad. Paula was so kind and helpful on the phone! She was also quick to respond by email if I had any questions. The food was absolutely delicious and all age groups enjoyed it. We are so grateful we found them!
