got an ice cream cake from there for my twins birthday. no happy birthday on the cake, looked like a 2 year old decorated it. that wasn't the worst part..when you find 3 hairs in the cake, kinda turns your stomach. called in and complained said manager would call the next day...not even a phone call yet. left my name and number. I just don't think they care about what was found in their product.
I drive semi for a living, I understand everyone's fear of COVID 19. The DQ in Peosta has the Dinning room closed fine, but you Can't walk in an order food to take Out. Tonight (5/13/2020)it was pouring Rain and the only way to Order food would be to walk thru the drive thru. Guess they don't care if a Driver gets soaked and possibly sick, or if a driver is able to have a decent meal. We just waited in the drive-thru line for 40 minutes after they took our order...and ended up leaving with 5 vehicles still ahead of us, also waiting. If things are that backed up, have the courtesy to let your customers know instead of wasting their time.
