Place is horribly slow. Watch a guy pour chili in cups at 2pm and then lick chili off his fingers and continue working. At 8pm I watched a guy with gloves on scratch his nose then continue scooping fries. Defeats the purpose. Also was told at 8pm there was no chili. Don't realy believe that except they probably didn't want to make any.

Walked in at 8:30pm and they said I had to get my food to go, but the hours on the door said that the dining room was open till 9pm, it's fast food and it was ready at 8:33pm, so why did I have to get it to go? They also wouldn't honor my rewards app for a discounted meal and I've been to other Wendy's where they had a similar issue and the manager still honored my discount. Fries were over salted and barely luke warm. These people are just plain lazy!

This is our 3rd time coming here - 1. It's the only fast food within 20 miles of us. This visit was the deal breaker, ordered our food which not only took about 4 min to even respond to the order box, half the menu is not lit up, the order box is so loud you have to cover your ears, besides that we waited a minimum of 10 min in the drive thru - we were the only ones at the window. We received our 2 small frosty, and 2 drinks, they were both supposed to be large, the fries we ordered were to have NO SALT! Due to medical reasons, but they had salt! And by far from fresh, they tastes freezer burnt. My husband had ordered the #3 Spicy Nuggets - we received no nuggets- the #6 Spicy chicken is not warm either, almost as if this food has been sitting for some time, which confuses me since we waited all that time and are missing food AGAIN! COLD FOOD! SALT ON FRIES! Oh, and again out of baked potatoes! We paid $31 and oh no receipt... this visit today is 11/23/24 around 8pm. I know that when something is ordered and paid for we as customers should not have to check to make sure ALL our food is in the bag, the workers taking the orders and making the orders are the ones to make sure it's correct... am I wrong? When you pull up to order food a customer is to be greated, the person taking the order should be using slang, my bad, hold up hold up, gotcha etc. The window where you pay is always open blaring Spanish or rap music, the man that always is at the window never is wearing a uniform, wears tanktops... the pick up window you will not receive any greeting, not one greeting all 3 times, they do a lot of laughing and playing around , no customer service skills will be found at this location, its a popular location by truck stops a hotel and the only thing out there. I hope they get it together but this is our last visit to this location i will make the 40 mile drive to Omaha from now on!

Twice. Now I have come into this location and ordered the same sandwich both times the number one double with fries and Tea and both times I've gotten chicken sandwiches. But of course, I'm miles away before I realize let's order screwed up and then when I tried to call the location. The numbers out of order how convenient

We have gone through the drive thru multiple times on our road trips from Iowa to Missouri. Every single time, the place is completely empty, and it would take up to 30 minutes to get our meals. 2 combo meals. I eventually started using the Mobile app hoping it would help speed up the process, although it hasn't helped. From the moment we pull up to the speaker, we are asked to wait, and we wait about 10 minutes. After taking our order, we pull up to the window, and wait another 20 minutes. Keep in mind, nobody in the drive thru. This evening especially bothered us, because we could clearly see a crew member mopping, and a manager stocking the drive thru area. I appreciate the cleaning and ensuring you have supplies readily available. However, if you have someone sitting in your drive thru for 30 plus minutes, maybe focus on delivering their order and getting them out of the drive thru so you can go back to pre-closing? This was about 7:40pm. I'd also like to comment on the staff's personal cleanliness. The manager (I'm assuming) has unkept hair. It is about neck length, greasy, with obvious dandruff. I don't blame him for the dandruff or even the grease, but I think it should be expected of him to pull it back in a hair tie, or wear a hair net. Having worked in the fast food industry, I'm well aware of how easy it is for hair to make contact with food, even if you aren't working on the line. On top of that, lack of manners, lack of care for the customer's experience, etc., this evening our food tasted horribly. I'm a big fan of Wendy's among all other fast food chains, and look forward to getting a bite to eat there on our road trip because we don't have one local to us. I've never had bad tasting food. We couldn't finish our meals because the first bite hit us with a wall of nausea from the smell and a musty taste. Very disappointing. Considering how slow the establishment is when we go through on Friday or Saturday nights, I think it's safe to assume that the community is also aware of these things. Normally I try to offer some solution for the overall issue with a restaurant, however the only suggestion I have here is to close it down. Surely they aren't profitable. To be located immediately off a major interstate would suggest constant business at all hours, that's not the case here. A reflection of poor management.

The organization of the business was so bad, almost everyone that purchased something had to come back to the counter because something was missing. The person taking the orders would h ave to stop and go help prepare food.
