Got there at 9:30, a guy walked over from the hotel and left because the lobby was closed. The person in front of me and myself both left from the drive thru because no one would take our order.

They close their lobby 1 hour before closing time to go home early.. For a guy that doesn't have many options between here and st joesph, it's a huge disappointment. Management needs to do better at honoring hours of operation

One star all day !!! Had a problem with my order in the drive-thru, took it inside to get it fixed, then they argued with me, but didn't fix my order, but they were kind enough to let me buy it again, to get it the right way. Won't be going back there again.

I made a mobile order ahead of my arrival and it was ready when I requested. The food, however, was mediocre at best. The burger was fine, but the chicken nuggets were severely overcooked. The fries were overcooked to the point of being hallow inside and had a really strange taste.

20 minutes to get noticed at the counter got the complete wrong order nothing I ordered did I recieve the girl at the counter had an attitude because the 25 dollar order i paid for was wrong and it had to be made over looking at these reviews just shut this dump down you have a bunch of little kids that can't take an order or get an order correct why even be in business you people are missing out on a minimum of 1k a day to the 3/4 k truck drivers that come next door to eat either close the doors or get some real help instead a bunch of dumb a just looking for a check that they don't deserve at all there is not one employee in there worth .25 cents an hour not one how hard is it to make a cheeseburger with mustard dumb a people

I ordered a single the meat was dry and should have been used for Chili .The baked potato was lukewarm at best .Butter wouldn't melt .When I first walked in there were 5 employees at the front counter they completely ignored me and walked off .An older lady finally took my order .She was pleasant enough
I ordered a chicken sandwich and added cheese and onion, which was on there, but no tomato or lettuce that comes on it. The fry’s had a weird flavor. And the saucy nugs weren’t very saucy.

The service, SUCKED. The food, SUCKED. The order was WRONG. My burger had so much mayo on it I used 4 napkins to get it off. The fries where very very salty. And the chili was cold!!! The old woman couldn't understand a word said to her. Bacon was burnt. Highly do not recommend!!!!!

I went and through the drive through and ordered A Taco Salad. Apparently its a new taco salad. I was not impressed! I like the old one much better! I didn't like their Chili. I've never said that about any Chili at any Wendy's either! It tasted like they added alot of Ketchup to it and it was nasty! I ended up throwing most of it away.

Walked in, staff unaware we were there, a gal was yelling out loud and then they noticed us and helped at the register. One gal had gloves on licking a sucker the whole time. Loud Hispanic music playing back were employees working so unable to hear music in dining area. Will not be back.
