I read through the negative reviews and they are not at all similar to the experience I've had here, the cashier is always fast and helpful and kind and the place is clean. The only critique I can give is that the atmosphere isn't great for a night out just because its a bit quiet and awkward, but that isn't their fault, it is mainly just quiet Midwesterners. “We just spent the weekend at the Arbor Day lodge. The accommodations were excellent. The food at Timbers was amazing! The scenery was the best. The trails were so lovely and well kept. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. If you’re looking to connect with nature with your family, this is an excellent place. The camp fire and s’mores put it over the top!”
