We had a fantastic Sunday lunch here this week. There were five in our party and we were seated quickly at a nice view window seat. There are some really good options on the menu and we ordered a broad mix of those. All food was fresh and with beautiful presentations . I highly suggest this restaurant, total bill for the 5 of us was about $100 before tip. Very reasonable and fair.
The place is beautiful! The service was great and the bonus is that it is part of the Arbor Day Farms. You can walk along through the Hazelnut trees to the Arbor Day farm complex to do some cider tasting, climb into an amazing treehouse experience or visit an outdoor classroom. You can h have some BBQ or eat at the tremendous Timbers restaurant at the Lied Lodge. You can finish the day with a nice massage or a trip to the sauna and indoor pool!

The Lied Lodge is among the best hotels in Nebraska that I've stayed in. The service was friendly and professional. The decor is cozy and comfortable with an arbor day theme which is not surprising given that it's in Nebraska City. The double queen room with vaulted ceiling was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view out back was great. We enjoyed the Olympic pool and hot tub. We didn't eat dinner here but we did have breakfast which was good though the food was lukewarm....read full review
