Family run local institution. Probably the only reason to drive from Des Moines. The food was as perfect as I remembered as a teenager. So good I almost cried.
This is the benchmark to judge the rest. Nothing compares. Thanks for staying strong Mandarin Cafe. My kids love you too!
Got kicked out because I ordered no onions because I am allergic kick me out for complain and being difficult
