This is the SLOOOOWEST drive through I ever ever been through and the girls working here are horrible I had a reward for a free muffin but they said they didn’t know how to put it in the computer?? What a joke!! Will never be back

I sat at the order box in the drive thru for 25 minutes without having my order taken. There were only 2 cars ahead of me the whole time already at the pay window that didnt move for atleast 30 minutes. I Spent a total of 40 minutes in the drive thru and was late for where I needed to be! I would have left if I could have backed out of the drive thru lane but was stuck.

Frequent Caribou customer. First time trying this one. Will never stop at this one again. Watered down garbage that i could have got from Scooters or Starbucks. A day ruiner. This type of coffee is what gives chains a bad name and no return for new customers or current ones.

Pretty good. I love caribou coffee, but the last time the coffee was just OK. Coffee shop coffee needs to be amazing. I'll come back sometime and update to five stars if it's better. This is a great atmosphere for a coffee shop though. It's a great place to meet up with people.
