Pretty good. I love caribou coffee, but the last time the coffee was just OK. Coffee shop coffee needs to be amazing. I'll come back sometime and update to five stars if it's better. This is a great atmosphere for a coffee shop though. It's a great place to meet up with people.

Nice gals. Good conversation. Breakfast sandwiches like most if not all coffee shops come pre-packaged. Not a fan. But coffee was good. I got the decaf and my friend had a hot chocolate which she liked. It's bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Clean and roomy.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible.

Personally I love Caribou drinks but this location just ruins my experience. Staff is okay I guess. Drinks always take awhile to make, but I wouldn't mind if they made the drinks correctly. Today we got three drinks, a mocha, caramel crafted press, and mint condition mocha. Mint condition was fine. Caramel crafted press had almost no flavor to it but the mocha? Tasted like just straight up steamed milk.Very disappointed that they somehow couldn't make 2/3 drinks correctly, and this unfortunately isn't the first time I've had a drink from this location that just didn't taste right. Especially when you compare them to Scooters nearby that are both quicker and always makes the drinks correctly?

The Pleasant Hill location has the sweetest lady working early mornings on the weekends. Always very kind and personable. The kind of person that puts a smile on customers faces first thing in the morning. I need to get her name next time.
Good handheld breakfast sandwiches. The server was thoughtful about handling my food and keeping it separate from other food.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are listed online. The server took care to keep my order separated.

I just stopped in for black coffee. Service was great, friendly & helpful. Coffee hot & tasty. It was very clean & soft background music. I didn't have anything from here to eat as I was meeting a friend& I had food for lunch with me. I can't offer any info on what food they serve as I didn't look @ menu. Sorry.

Just went through the drive thru and was given a hot drink when I ordered iced. Not a big deal, happens at coffee shops. They give me it iced and it literally tastes like milk and sugar. Not even the faintest taste of coffee. When I come here it’s always very hit or miss. I tried to call multiple times after this experience and no one answered the phone. Multiple times we have came to the window and seen the women making drinks and bickering and raising their voices at each other. Seems like this team needs to get it together.
