Things started off really good waited by the sign PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED for about 10 minutes then was escorted to a high table and 20 minutes later ordered our appetizer then pizza and 10 minutes later drinks I drank ice tea just so no one thinks this is a R.U.I.(Review Under Intoxication) got our drinks 10 minutes and our appetizer came 35 minutes later COLD to the point the sour cream was warmer another 15 minutes we got our pizza not any warmer. Sent back the appetizer they took it off the bill asked for a box for the pizza and the server comes back with a large box and a small box and hands us the small one and then tells us she can get another small box for us . Totally mind blowing with no reason as to why anyone would bring a small box for a medium pizza with 2 slices gone from it . Im sorry but that shut me down and I became a bit irritated with the deliberate mistakes sorry cold nachos, cold pizza and empty glasses aren't just things that happen or should happen ever and for her to throw the kitchen under the bus blaming them for cold food was unacceptable it was cold because 1. STAFFING , 2. Her not paying attention or 3. She just didn't care . I dont think STAFFING was the issue considering there was 3 other females on the floor and what appeared to be a barback on duty in motion . Seriously I liked the atmosphere it be a good place for watching games . Pizza would of been fire if it came out hot but we will see if the air fryer can do it justice because the crust looks AMAZING.

Great place to enjoy a meal. We have never been disappointed with the menu. I highly suggest the Mugsy Fries.

Tonight was our first experience at Mugsy’s and it was wonderful! Our daughters and their friends go often and talk about the great atmosphere and the great service by Mel and they were spot on! The hubby had buffalo wings, mushroom Swiss burger with mushroom gravy and fries that he said was amazing! I had a Philly cheese steak with onions rings and it was delicious! The beer cheese made the sandwich even better! Drinks were on point, food great and service was amazing! We had a large group that included kids and Mel was amazing as our server and didn’t miss a beat! The grandkids had pizza, wrap and a giant pretzel and they loved it! We Will definitely be back when I am back in town! Next time I will take pictures but I was to busy chowing down the delicious food!

Since moving to the area Mugsy’s has become one of our favorite spots. The staff has always been incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is great, and we’ve never had a complaint with the various menu items we’ve ordered!

Great food the pretzel was huge and delicious. We got a supreme pizza and an Italian salad. Everything was great with lots of flavor.

Took 15 minutes for a server to come to the table to get drink order, there were only 2 of us. Preceeded to order an appetizer (chips and queso) and our meals at the same time. 20 minutes later still no appetizer and the server said it would be free. Another few minutes go buy and the table next to us who had been there for all of 5 mintues, was given their appetizer- chips and queso. So after 40 minutes of sitting there with only waters and no food or apologies, we left.

I'm start with the good... the atmosphere is great! It has the possibility of being a "GO TO" place in the area... but sadly, it's not. They don't have a huge menu, but were out of several things we tried to order. We all decided on "smashburgers" but they definitely weren't smashburgers, just your typical frozen beef patty. They were good though, I'll give them that. We asked 3 different people what "Mugsy" fries were. None of them knew. We were told the menu changed and they were not briefed on "new" items or changes. Our waitress was more interested in talking to her friends sitting near us than she was in offering us decent service. We ordered an app and never received it. Several red flags. They're not going to last long. Skip this place and drive down the road to The Hills.

We went there for the first time and Taylor was our bartender. The place was packed and the servers and bar staff were running around doing their best on a busy night! The food was fantastic. Taylor suggested 2 items on the menu and both were fantastic! The best part were their Halloween drinks! They were delicious and fun! The staff was all friendly and prompt to take care of the busy restaurant! I can’t wait to go back!

Kid-friendliness: They were very kind to all the kiddos that were in there. Great family friendly place!

Usually I wouldn’t leave a two star review, but tonight I am. I’ve ate here more than once before and never once have had an issue until tonight. I ordered carry out, which was a small pepperoni pizza with green olives and a small side salad with ranch. The pizza was cold. The olives weren’t really sliced on my pizza and wasn’t very many on the pizza. The salad was okay, but tasted a little funny and so did the pizza. I got home from picking them up, and mind you I don’t live far from here. Not even 5mins. Ive eating some of it and within an hour of being home and eating their food, I was struck with violent diarrhea, stomach ache and cramps, headache, chills/sweats, and vomiting.. I’m honestly disappointed. The service and interacting with staff members wasn’t very good either. Not sure if maybe they were having a rough night and short staffed or what.. Two staff members were lounging around at a table and on their phone when I walked in to pick up the food. To me, that’s not professional. There’s no reason two employees should be lounging around when the place was busy.. Not even a “Hi, welcome. How can I help you tonight? Bar side, table, booth? Carry out?” Nothing. Probably won’t be eating here again for awhile..

I normally don't leave negative reviews out of my over 1 million viewsHowever in this case I spent a little over 70 dollars and I can't say I enjoyed anything aside from the fries of course I reached out to the company with no avail managers unavailable etc. Didn't want a refund just wanted to know if the sub standard quality was normal. No refund no remake just negative vibes all around. Either way my willingness to try the again is low. More about the encounter pre ordered and ignored from the moment I walked in wasn't given instructions on pick up and when I did it wasn't very goodRequested edit the food was cold I waited in line for 20 minutes and was ignored then I called twice watched as 4 people strolled past the phone just wanted to know where to pick up I ordered the chicken wings , garlic bread , mugsby meat pizza which was under cooked and the chicken was rubbery. As far as the atmosphere I'm sure would have been better had I just been acknowledged. Any further questions please feel free to reach out. Such as date and time or exact cost etc.

This place was great! Really good waitress, very friendly and checked on us often! My sister and I split an Italian Wrap, it was great! But there is no way the normal person could eat a whole one....it was huge! It was filled with Graziano sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese...yum! And the Mugsy fries were good too! I will definitely go back.
