Awesome experience with Over the Top! They have many flavors to choose from! They brought their truck out to our company and served over 150 people within an hour. The booking, contract & payment processes were quick and easy!

We had our daughter's birthday party at Over The Top. HIGHLY recommend. We did the tour and scoop option. It included the party room. The kids had SO much fun helping make an ice cream and learning about what is in it. The staff was fantastic and patient with a large group of 2nd graders!

It is a really good place it has a lot of flavors and you can turn your ice cream into a malt.
Parking: Pretty good parking spaces not a lot of them but not that much people.
Kid-friendliness: They are not rude in any way they try there best to fit the dream of the child.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheelchair there is a ramp to get in and they don't pick on you because of the wheelchair.

We fell in love with Over the Top ice cream at the Iowa State Fair. We finally made a point to stop at their store. So many flavors to pick from! I was so happy to see that they offer ice cream flights. Four small scoop of different flavors. It was a great way not to have to decide on just one flavor! The ice cream is rich & creamy. Full of flavor. I loved the bourbon praline pecan. We will be back.
