Over the Top Ice Cream lives up to its name with creative flavors and generous portions that make every visit fun. The ice cream is rich, smooth, and packed with flavor, while the toppings add extra excitement. Friendly staff and a cheerful atmosphere make it a great place to treat yourself or enjoy dessert with family and friends.
Throughly enjoyed ice cream. Nice they had non dairy choices. Friendly employees. Will recommend.
Over the Top did an excellent job serving ice cream at our Ventura Edge rollout! Their setup was professional, the staff was friendly and efficient, and everyone loved the variety of flavors. The service added a fun, festive touch to our event, and we received great feedback from attendees. We’d definitely invite them back for future events!
Love it!! Cutest local ice cream parlor! Delicious homemade ice cream and you get a free tiny scoop of anything you'd like to try, on top of the scoop you order. The Banana is exceptional, the buttered corn was odd but I can see how it's a hit at the state fair! Fantastic homemade waffle cone!!
Amazing
Don’t ever take your wife and kids here. They will want to go all the time. Not that any one has to twist my arm.
First & only visit. This is a nice little ice cream parlor. Very clean & light & bright. Expensive. A root beer float and a waffle cone for over $13.00 They discontinued the scotcheroo shake, which was the reason we went in the 1st place....the famous scotcheroo shake. My husband can't navigate the State Fair, which apparently is where their scotcheroo shake became famous. Then they discontinued it? Even though we live a couple of hours away, we go that direction often. If they bring back the scotcheroo shake we will probably make an effort to get there otherwise no.
Wife wanted to go here because of their shake from the state fair. Very nice building, homey feeling, nice outside seating. The ice cream was great but, a bit chaotic behind the counter. Too many people trying to help at the counter that I got asked if I paid 3 times. So, that part of the business could use a spruce over and some organizational strategy and guidence. Otherwise, like I said the ice cream was great and for sure not going to kick down stars because of too many people trying to do their job. But, I would say, have 1 person run the register, have 2 scooping ice cream, a few making the shakes, and then rotate around every 30 mins or something. Some people might get upset over the chaos but it is what it is when it was a bunch of teenagers.
There ice cream is absolutely delightful !!!!
Lemon cheesecake is my favorite. Yum.
PRICE IS OVER THE TOP… good ice cream but you will pay an arm and a leg for and THEN, they ask for a tip. Yeah….NO..!! At at these prices

This is hands down the best ice cream and the best staff. We had our 6-year-old's birthday party there with 20 kids. They did a phenomenal job! They showed us how to make ice cream and gave the kids an ice cream bar. It truly was OVER THE TOP! We cannot say enough great things about this place.
Best ice cream around.
Staff is always great.
Only issue is how expensive it is.
Ridiculous $12 for a shake ! Will never be back
Tried the Scotcharoo shake was impressed. Not too sweet and it was thick but still able to get through the straw. Delicious Scotcharoo included $12.80
Service is absolutely terrible. Waited in line 58 minutes before we finally got waited on. Very inefficient operation. Workers are stumbling over each other. Portions are skimpy.
