So I ordered an XL macha light ice they have me a medium so I let them know it was suppose to be XL she takes it and a few seconds later hands it back to us so full of ice I couldn't even put my straw in it. I never have an issue with them usually but today someone must be annoyed or something and that was kinda rude js

Drive thru only some snacks and coffee. Great for those, freindly

I go to a different scooters almost everyday on my way to work, this specific store does not even touch the other one. All three times I've been here, my food is cold, hard, or still partially frozen. Today, I stopped and tried to get my daughter a strawberry banana smoothie and myself a redbull infusion. She handed the the smoothie, and handed me my drink, and it was only halfway full (medium cup).......filled the rest of the way with cold foam. The drink is not the same as my normal one, like it's missing a main ingredient. She said thats how they make them and walked away....... wont be coming back to this location. Sad because I'd come often if each time, there wasn't something wrong with the quality of food/beverage.

Scooters blended iced coffee is the best! They use fresh espresso not cold pre-mixed coffee.

There scanners were down double point day and we turned are receipt into the app to get our points and got screwed out double points! Scooters is really starting to suck so much. Ever since the xl coffees the coffee hasn’t been tasting the same anymore. And changing out workers like it’s underwear doesn’t help either. Don’t recommend if u can’t even get ur double points for the order on double points we got 69 point for 2 xl coffees should been over 135 points atleast but no they have us 69 shitty as hell

Far superior to starbucks. The carmelicious blender IS delicious. Get yourself an extra shot in there.It's the way to go. I love the way they say scoot Around. They are always super friendly.

Consistency is sometimes not the same with their blended drinks but always very tasty and excellent service. Drive-Thru at this location can be frustrating. Just plan on extra time and patience!
