I stop at this location frequently because my route takes me by this place. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is always very friendly and do a great job. I stopped in the other night and they were cleaning up for the night and the staff wasn't rude to me at all being they were closing soon. They made my sandwich the way I wanted and everything still tasted very fresh. I can't speak for all the bad reviews but I can tell you this Subway is on top of their game and the staff have always been very friendly to me. Stop in and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Well all I got to say is the girl working in there possibly the manager is absolute terror The rudest person I've ever associated with in a restaurant I don't know how she keeps her job it's like she hates her job it's unbelievable

I've consistently had poor experiences with this location when it comes to making sandwiches correctly for pickup.
The staff seems unable—or unwilling—to follow basic order instructions. My most recent visit was especially frustrating:
The bottled drink I received was not what I ordered.
I requested pepper jack cheese, but was given American instead.
I asked for light mayo and ended up with an overwhelming amount. There is simply no excuse for this.
My order included Doritos, which were missing entirely (only noticed after getting home).
My receipt clearly reflected the correct order, so the issue lies entirely with how it was prepared. Unfortunately, the staff appeared more focused on socializing among themselves than fulfilling orders accurately.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Walked in with a subway coupon I received in the mail, been a long time since I’ve been to subway and the coupon got me in the door. I was told they didn’t accept coupons. Subway doesn’t accept their own coupons? Walked out and went to jimmy John’s.

Called ahead and place order went in the sandwiches were both wrong I called back and was told I could have them remade when I called to have them remade the manager said she had no clue what I was talking about and no body told her to pull up the cameras and see and she couldn’t do it now because it has been two weeks not one person mentioned I had a certain time to come back to get a messed up order corrected

Called for an online order. I was there when my order was due. The store was very busy. This why I order online, the order had not been started when my pick-up time had passed. I ordered a sandwich a salad 4 cookies and a bag of chips. I watched person made my order. The sandwich was made wrong, I ordered club with bacon. I received a club that had no bacon also black olives were added, when not asked for, the salad was ordered with extra lettuce and only one handful with no additional lettuce as ordered. The order was handed to me with the sandwich in the bag and the other items set on the shelf. I asked him for a larger bag and I was told they didn't have any, I asked him if they were out of bags. He stated that they never had larger bags. I had received these bags in the past. I go to this store and although deals or coupons at the store are not accepted i go there to support local business. I walked two blocks juggling my order. I will drive a longer distant to another store who does accepted coupons and honors deals. I am not asking for anything accept good service. I know there will no action taken on this matter, I just want to help customers in our community about experience.
Went in there to order subs as we do when we receive coupons. Every time our customer service is excellent. Usually it’s just one young guy but tonight there was two young people, guy and girl. Finished making our subs and then proceeds to tell us that they don’t take coupons as she held our coupons in her hand like girl I’ve used these multiple times and why would you market coupons for subway if y’all don’t take coupons. 🤦🏽♀️ absolutely disappointed as my little girl sits at the table screaming but mommy I’m hungry. Will not be coming back. You lost our business.

I ordered online for pickup, and my sandwich was perfect – no complaints there! However, I was really disappointed by the condition of the soda machine. It was extremely dirty, and I’m pretty sure there was mold on it. The push button, which should be white, was brown with grime. Instead of standing around in the back, the employees should take some time to thoroughly clean this machine. Cleanliness is important, especially in food service, and I hope they address this soon.
