Incredible customer service, employees are very kind and understanding, and every milkshake has care put into it, and the ice cream verity is excellent.
Shout out to an amazing lady, Gabrielle!! I visited this location this morning and watched her interact with customers. Each person that came in that door was like family to her. She knew them all by name and interacted with such great personality. Wow, she knows her stuff also!!! I let her choose my coffee and it was fantastic!! Having come from Des Moines I drove by the Smokey Row there many times and never stopped. I'll admit I am not a big coffee drinker and when I do it can't taste like coffee so I always went to the "Bucks" to get something.
Moved to Pleasantville back in June and saw there was a Smokey Row here. Decided to give it a try today and well let's just say I wish I had gone years ago in Des Moines.
