Shout out to an amazing lady, Gabrielle!! I visited this location this morning and watched her interact with customers. Each person that came in that door was like family to her. Ever since going to school in Pella and living in Des Moines, I have loved visiting all the Smokey Row locations. The original always feels like home. I love the food, drinks, and pastries. Although I have experienced a few drinks errors or have had poor wait times, the workers are always sincere and will fix any issues.
