This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. They had a great variety of flavors. Ice cream was very good. A few of us enjoyed the soft serve as well. Big lineup but went fast. I was having a hectic moment getting my children ice cream at this cute place. I paid the cashier cash only to never receive my change.They never spoke up and said, "hey ma'am, here's your change"I sat at the tables and at any point in time they could have reminded me about my change.The teenagers behind the counter were okay with me getting lost in the mayhem of bringing my kids to this place that they saw fit to keep the rest of my money.I liked the business but I value places that don't steal from me.

I wish they had a few lactose free ice cream options and not just dole whip. My son loved the ice cream and so did my pup! (Pup cups were available for $1.00 and had some sugar cone on them .. my dog didn't really like that part though!)

The menu was a little confusing. I did not know whether I ordered a soft swirl or ice cream.
I went in on 8/7 at 835 in the evening and they said they were closed. Went outside and 6 other people went in and got served. Always wanted to try it but guess I never will now. Place SUCKS

I went in and was out in 2 and a half minutes! Service is so speedy! The workers were so efficient and nailed my order spot on! Will definitely make a return!

Love, Love, Love! I dance at a studio in town and almost every night we go over for ice cream because we can all afford it, the dance team loves it! I would give this 10/10 I totally recommend and the staff are so nice!

The ice cream is good but the service was not. Not greeted at all once inside. My husband and I had to greet the girl at the register. She was on her phone under the counter and not paying attention. I told her it was our first time in and she did not seem to care and did not offer recommendations. The menu could use more explanation--we weren't sure on what a "comet" was--had to ask. There is no number system and the employees don't call out names. Instead they called out ice cream flavors and a lot of people were confused because they wouldn't know whose was whose or they forgot their order. The ambiance of The Creamery is minimal and going for a very neutral and clean look. Could use some music in the background. Not a lot of seating inside--just a bar top to sit at which everyone was standing up against waiting for their order. I hope next time is a better experience with service.
