Ordered pizza for our hungry children 45 minutes in advance through the app and then when we went to pick it up the lady at the counter said she didn't get the order and wouldn't make it. Even when we showed her the phone confirmation and that it was the correct location and that the order was paid for. She said she wasn't going to do it and couldn't help us. It's not the lack of pizza that got me so much as the lack of empathy/ give-a-care. Granted we did drive home with crying, hungry children and that added to my irritation but for sure for sure the customer service at this specific location is a zero. 0/10 would not recommend.
This Caseys has always been one of the more superiors Caseys in the Johnson/Washington County area. Somehow they're pizza is always better than other locals, and they always have friendly service too, been stopping by here on and off for the past decade and can say if you have to stop here, or the Caseys by the Casino, always choose here.
To the lady that just bought my doughnut for me..I was having a diabetic issue and my sugars were low.. my debit card kept declining and I couldn't pay .. I wanna say thank u dough much... ;)

Great place to stop for fuel in a big rig pulling a tow. Easy in and out. Clean pumping stations.
Their gas is about 20 cents a gallon more than a station just down the street, but it might be worth it if you are driving a Class A and you need to get in and out without disconnecting your tow.
Yeah, close at 9:45 pm on a Saturday night lol as I’m walking up to the door you lock it. Y’all can’t muster another 15 minutes of work??

'Bout time this place figured things out. Finally, there's food in the warmers (and it's fresh and hot!), there are people behind the registers that are actually working. The employees appear happy and look professional, the store is clean and stocked. Even the parking lot and windows somehow look cleaner.I've lived in this town for about eight years. This Casey's staff--management included--seems to turn over entirely at least every eighteen months. In the past, employees have always been unkempt, unsanitary (a couple years ago one even sometimes worked in the kitchen without shoes--they hurt her feet), and very, very unhappy. I hated coming to this store because they were never taking cash--no one ever went to the bank. I spent all of last year driving to the Casey's on the other side of the highway just to get soda (pop?) from a fountain without sludge on the tips. But now, the store on First Street is hitting the mark! Let's hope it holds.

Hours are always changing, opens late sometimes. More than half the time I go in there they're out of what I need and I have to drive to a different store. Gas pump Receipts don't print half the time. Went in there yesterday to grab something for lunch at 12:30 warmers were empty.

The person working the register was very helpful and nice, even after I spilt my slushy all over the counter.
Such a friendly place. Always clean and well stocked.
They will still take your money, but you just can’t use the bathrooms
Great food
Great pizza !
