I’m reaching out to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant. I typically dine there at least twice a month, especially for the seafood, and have always enjoyed the experience — but unfortunately, this visit fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect.
During my meal, no one came to clean our table or offer drink refills. I actually had to get up and get my own refill while several of the waitstaff stood in the back corner talking amongst themselves. It felt like we were completely ignored.
I attempted to address this by calling the casino to speak with a manager, but when I was transferred, no one answered. I eventually had to reach out to customer service just to discuss the issue.
I truly enjoy dining at your establishment and this experience was very disappointing and unacceptable. I hope you’ll address this with your staff to ensure better service moving forward — not just for myself, but for all your regular and new guests.

We went for the prime rib and crab legs. After spending over $250 for 6, I can honestly say this is the first time we’ve been disappointed. Crab legs and other food were great even the waitress. However the prime rib was extremely tough, looked old or at least it’s been suiting out for awhile. It was even tough to cut let alone chew.

we were at roberts buffet on saturday march 1 2025. we had a amazing really sweet waitress that done such a wonderful job waiting on us.a very pleasant really nice lady.she was very pleasant and so out going.when we go back we will try to get her as our waitrss. her name is TAHRA. SHE IS VERY GOOD FOR ROBERTS BUFFET.she deserves a 5 star .hopefully we will be back up soon.thanks becky

We had an amazing experience at Robert’s Buffet! My husband and I want to give a special shoutout to Monica, our wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our visit special, even going out of her way to bring us a cup of sour cream—such a thoughtful touch! Her friendly demeanor and excellent service truly stood out.
Also, we have to mention the chocolate milk—it’s out of this world! It’s little details like these that make dining here such a treat. Thank you, Monica, and the entire team for a delightful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was TERRIBLE!!!! Spent almost $140 for four people who couldn’t even eat the meal!!! WASTE OF MONEY!! Brussels sprouts were undercooked and hard, ham was dry like leather, lots of the food looked like it had been there a while. My husbands chicken leg was very very dry, mashed potatoes and stuffing were mush. Lots of food options were either wrongly labeled or open spots with no food item. If we could have seen the food before we paid we most definitely wouldn’t have eaten there and never will again when we return to the casino!!!

We had an amazing time. Monica was our server and she's an exceptional all around human. It was very busy and she was extremely busy but still made time to talk to my kids, my wife an myself. She made the atmosphere very business respectful but very engaging and comfortable. The food was really good, iy literally exceeded our expectations. Me and my family have no bad remarks. Monica was the best of the best, the food was very good, the atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was very clean and well maintained. I regret to admit I do not know persons name that was busting tables. Tall guy, built like a football lineman and he loved sports. He was great, hard worker and very hospitable with us.
Excellent ? atmosphere, it has a wide variety of food to choose from, from something light like a good salad ? ? Chinese food, pizzas etc, all the food is very delicious and not to mention the desserts, a delight. With an affordable price, it is really worth going.

Food was hot and delicious we came for the breakfast buffet before leaving after playing slot machines all night and to be honest with you this was the best breakfast buffet we have had ever staff was very professional and friendly which is a big deal for us food was delicious ? we definitely will be returning and we highly recommend people to try there breakfast buffet if they are going to be here during breakfast time ?

Friday and Saturday crab legs on the buffet... only place in iowa that I know of!
The food at the buffet is always fresh hot and delicious! The items never run low because the staff is on top of refilling all of the options! The chefs do a phenomenal job and we love going for breakfast lunch and dinner!
