Jacob, our server was spot on attentive but not overbearing. The Caesar salad was crisp and fresh with excellent dressing. The bisque was quite good and the prime rib was delicious perfectly prepared. We will definitely be back again.

Despite the restaurant only being half full on a Saturday evening, our food was not delivered in a timely manner. The server commented that she had forgotten about our table. I would have thought there might have been some other gesture given the overall service and price of the meal.

My husband and I were in for our 10 year anniversary and left disappointed.
My husband is a large man and they tried to seat us at a booth. There was no way he was going to fit as the tables are fixed to the ground and couldn’t be adjusted. The hostess watched him struggle but only moved us to a table w chairs at his request.
The order took a surprisingly long time to come especially when I saw the cook on my steak. I ordered mid rare and it was so rare it was blue. It was completely inedible. Our server offered us complimentary desserts, which we accepted to go.
There should be a quality check before letting something like this go out especially when the ala carte steak was $50.
The host staff should be trained to accommodate guests and seat them accordingly.

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire evening was nothing short of wonderful. The food was absolutely exceptional—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our server, Ginger, was truly outstanding. She made us feel so welcomed and created such a memorable experience with her thoughtful recommendations and warm hospitality. And the dessert? Simply amazing—an unforgettable sweet ending to a perfect evening!

The food was amazing, it just took way too long. We arrived at 7:30 and walked out of the restaurant at almost 10pm. It took 20 min to get water, and over an hour after that to get our main course. A table of 4 game in at 8:30 and left the same time we did. It should have never taken as long as it did. I was offered a second "adult beverage" after half of my entree was eaten. That was almost two hours after we arrived. So I drank water the entire night. Like I said the food was great. The length of the meal was too long, and no acknowledgement of that by the server, who was professional, but not welcoming or friendly.

My wife and I spent date night here for the first time. This was a great dining experience. The service was excellent Andy took great care of us. He was friendly, polite, and very attentive. The food was prepared wonderfully. The food and service quality was right up there with our past experiences at many high end restaurants in Vegas and Chicago. I highly recommend. Tenderloin, shrimp, bisque, scallops, and chocolate cake and crème brûlée was to die for. Anticipating an early return to build on this experience.

Food taste was delicious. We had to ask after 12 minutes if the bartender could make a drink while we waited for our whole party to shower & dress after a hot round of golf. But steak quality was not worth the price. The grouper was amazing though. We received our entrees & our vegetable shareable sides came a very long time after that. Not sure who messed up but vegetables were pretty raw when they arrived sooooo late & server said you can take them home …but we were staying at the hotel. So very weird comment. Maybe not charging us for them would have been a better idea! Then maybe we’d come dine @ a Ruthie’s again. Then paying our tab took 25 minutes that we could have been gambling drinking & spending money at the casino instead of waiting waiting & waiting. Very unprofessional experience all in all & sad thing is 2 of us out of 6 have or are in careers of restaurant mangement & 3 in sales. We’d golfed & swam all day so the extra 1+ hours of wait time would have made the casino extra money since 1/3 of our party went back to room to sleep instead of spending more money.

We were delayed, but the staff worked with us and we enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner. Service was prompt and exceptional. It was a plus to have several conversations with the manager. It made me feel wonderful and special on my birthday! Oh, and the food was amazing, my filet cooked to perfection, seasoned well and very tender.
