Prairie Street Pub catered our hotel's Grand Opening for 150+ people. Randy and his team knocked it out on every single front. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was amazing, and his service throughout was top notch.

PSP catered the rehearsal dinner for 40 people for my daughter's wedding. They were so easy to work with & accommodating, including providing gluten free options for guests. The food was hot & absolutely delicious. The chef & other staff were so friendly. Everything was professional & I just didn't have to worry about anything involving rehearsal dinner. Please hire them for your next event, you will not regret it!
10/10 would recommend! Great steaks - I had the NY Strip, hubby had the prime rib - great drinks, definitely recommend the Peach Beach! Lots of options for kiddos and all.
