If I could give this McDonalds no stars that would still be too many. I got the simplest order possible, I thought. A single hamburger with no onions, small fry and vanilla milkshake. Well milkshake machine was broken AGAIN. My fries were 1/2 filled and stone cold and my hamburger had NO KETCHUP, MUSTARD OR THEIR GENEROUS 1 PICKLE. Go to a different McDonalds you say, we live 30 miles from the next closest McDonalds. This McDonalds at the Shelby Iowa exit on I-80 is the WORST. I’ve given them multiple chances and food is COLD 99% of the time. Their fish filet has less than 1/2 teaspoon of tartar sauce, cold and the cheese is hanging 90% off the fish filet. Do yourself and your stomach and wait until you get to Council Bluffs or go to Avocado exit and have a SUBWAY!

I will never stop here again. Very rude and lazy employees. All they have are kiosks and nobody at the actual registers. And when I asked why I can't order from the register. All the gentleman could say in a real bad attitude was "We don't do that here." So I left and went to Chester's next door.

Girl at first window was friendly and said thank you. The next window the girl didn't even say hi. At first we didn't see the second sauce we asked for so we asked for another one. She said if you ordered 2, it's in the bag. How often are things forgotten? I found it and told her. Her words....."ok" and door closed. No thank you or a smile. One order of fries was old and tasteless, the second was ok. No napkins. Hoping she has a better day.

I don't if it was racism, but i ordered on kiosk and 30 minutes later, I didn't get my order, no one answered me, left without food on prepaid order
