Ordered the broasted chicken, food was good but the young lady serving me totally messed up my order and even though she looked at me holding an empty glass she never offered to refill my iced tea
I think the special is probably pretty good but made the mistake of ordering off the menu. Ended up watching others eat. The server had a meltdown when we asked for straws and silverware. Maybe just somebody having an off day but I had to go home and eat.
Giving the restaurant at least 2 and sometimes 3 tries. Their hamburgers are really good. 1st time there, they were packed so service was slow. 2 nd time was carry out. Not bad but I still had to wait. 3rd time would have gotten 5 stars. 4th time.. well.. not so much. Medium rare steak was orders and rare, very rare is what I got. Potato wasn't perfect but- baked. Their slaw is really good as are their onion rings and french fries. Will be going back to try their fish fry.
