This place has become increasingly popular and rightfully so. They make great espresso drinks - hot and cold. I haven't tried the ice cream offerings so I can't speak to those. The baristas are very friendly - service and customer satisfaction seems a priority and that comes through clearly.
I was looking forward to a fun outing but the impossibly long of being drive through only sucked the joy from the experience. I gave 3 stars because my blended chai was tasty although when I ordered it the young person asked if I wanted it hot or cold (blended means blended with ice)
Katz absolutely hit it out of the park for a Grandpa hosting his Two granddaughters. The ice cream was amazing and the 3 young ladies inside were so helpful with my 5 and 3 year old grand kids. Absolutely a wonderful place to stop in Downtown Shenandoah!!!
