I waited 25 minutes for my order two sandwiches, two fries and one drink. I ordered a smoothie and it was foul like it was expired. I brought this to their attention asked for something diffrent to drink and was given a KID sized drink as replacement. Do better guys this is not ok. I will not be back to this location

It never fails. They either screw up the order or they take forever to get out a simple order. How do you mix up the McGridle with a begal and swap the bacon for sausage? Seriously. This place sucks.

Forgot our burger that we paid for 5 dollars and for a straw we were going back and never gave us a resite for our meal fries are cold and soggy chicken nuggets were half wet it was just awful I do not want to come back here l.. 1 star review.

I went threw the drive threw at 10:30 at night very few cars. Got pulled forwards and sat there for 15 minutes waiting on two McDoubles. The managers name was bryten Davis.

This place is a must for my grandchildren. They are obsessed, especially when they see Ashley and Roman. They love these two they need to raise fast, fun and friendly.
Kid-friendliness: A few of these people that work here are always friendly to my grandchildren. They reach out to him and he is truly blessed to see them when they say something to him.

Location is off of 595 in Shanondoah Plaza very convenient. Inside dine in kept at under degrees freezing cold . You come in and your greeted by 2 large screens and you place your order this way. Pay by credit card at same screen kiosk grab a number and sit in low childlike seating in Arctic Cold waiting for your number to be called like bingo and you go up to get your food. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYWHER YOU GO They are supposed to bring to your table. NOPE.

Awful, never can get orders right. Everytime I order from here they with forget my sauces, or forget food, or make the food wrong. I ordered a Big Mac here and there was no Big Mac sauce on it they put mayo. ? I never order from here and get everything I ordered or I do but it’s not made right. 10/10 don’t recommend this McDonald’s.
There was a mixup on our order. The manager on the shift Roman was very amazing at fixing the problem and addressing it, very friendly, and we were very appreciative of him!!

Stopped in on Mother's Day about 9:15 pm and got the Bacon Cajun ranch deluxe meal .. I was surprised at how gooood it was! My fries were fresh! Service was friendly and fast!! I got to say best McDonald's I've been to in a while!
