I waited 25 minutes for my order two sandwiches, two fries and one drink. I ordered a smoothie and it was foul like it was expired. I brought this to their attention asked for something diffrent to drink and was given a KID sized drink as replacement. Do better guys this is not ok. I will not be back to this location
This place is a must for my grandchildren. They are obsessed, especially when they see Ashley and Roman. They love these two they need to raise fast, fun and friendly.
Kid-friendliness: A few of these people that work here are always friendly to my grandchildren. They reach out to him and he is truly blessed to see them when they say something to him.

Location is off of 595 in Shanondoah Plaza very convenient. Inside dine in kept at under degrees freezing cold . You come in and your greeted by 2 large screens and you place your order this way. Pay by credit card at same screen kiosk grab a number and sit in low childlike seating in Arctic Cold waiting for your number to be called like bingo and you go up to get your food. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERYWHER YOU GO They are supposed to bring to your table. NOPE.
