Usually I don't have any problems.....but the last couple of times I ordered I have been spending quite a bit extra on extras....extra toppings, cheese, sauce..etc. Gets expensive....and I tip pretty generously. My issue is, we haven't been getting the extras I've been paying for. This is one of the best pizza huts that I've eaten at in a long time. It's good. But I pay for what I like and it definitely costs me. I like liking this restaurant in town. But I feel like it's already starting to drop in quality food. Don't get me wrong....the staff (especially the ones who've always been there) are great! And I know they were going through some new additions. I'm just a little disappointed that the last 4 times I've ordered, it's all becoming pretty consistent. I love this shop! The food is still very good! This has become my favorite pizza hut in years. So much, in fact, that I haven't eaten or trusted a pizza hut until sometime after the new takeover......and I wasn't disappointed in the least!!! I hope they can still bring that same niche back ❤️
When ordering a melt and a sandwich, the sandwich came out way before the melt. 1 person had to just sit and watch the other eat. By the time the melt finally came out, other person was done eating sandwich.

Service was good but was very disappointed in the nacho frys we got the frys where warm but the cheese was thrown in the bottom of the basket and not melted at all.

We ordered a box deal with pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. The pizza We ordered was Pepperoni Lover's and added extra cheese. The pizza barely had any Pepperoni on it and definatley didn't have extra cheese. It was a let down for sure.
