i ordered a chocolate shake through the drive through one time before, ended up waiting to eat it until home since it’s not far from the location anyways and i get home and get a taste of it and its a strawberry shake. this has happened twice now! the first time i said screw it its fine but the fact that it happened again is unbelievable. i dont know how you can get those two mixed up let alone twice. was gonna call and complain about who it was that did it but decided it wasnt that big of a deal given its just a shake and if they can’t do their job right, i just won’t give them business anymore. absolutely unbelievable that it happened once. but a second time? i have no words to describe how frustrated i am that someone can’t get one thing right, let alone twice.

Our cashier\server name was Dawn her attitude was honestly disgusting she was so impatient with us making smart remarks and sighing once she was done taking our order she started complaining she wanted to go home. Working in customer service I understand we have bad days but EVERYTIME she takes our order it feels so unwelcoming and rude especially when we drive about 30 mins just for dinner.

I ordered cheese curds and a rootbeer float. My cheese curds were extremely greasy and my root beer float didn't even get a straw or spoon. The kid who gave me my food never even spoke to me Very rude

Stumbled across this place on our way home from a vacation, and we don't have A&Ws at home so I never pass up the opportunity. The young man with longer hair that took our order on 7/7/24 was awesome! He was super good with our kids and was very genuine. I ordered the French onion burger and it was the best burger I've had at a fast food place in a long long time!

Been here 2 times since it opened. The service has been terrible both time. And my order was wrong both times. I literally had to yell across the counter to get the cashiers attention because he was to busy looking at his phone to do his job.
Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers plain. They were fresh and piled with bacon, made correctly with no condiments. The rootbeer is cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup, what a huge plus! They also have chocolate (and twist) soft serve, not just vanilla which will have me coming back regularly. Ice cream is really reasonably priced too. Overall very positive experience.

I asked for a Dr. Pepper and got a A&w root beer. Plus the cup was only three quarters full. My friend ordered a pup cup. He got whip cream instead of ice cream. Food was good. But help didn't seem liked they cared about doing things right. I didn't pay for three quarters of a cup of soda.

I stop here about once a month as I am going by and am always impressed by the employees. They are always friendly, and seem to really enjoy working there. The food is a reflection of that attitude— always fresh, always delicious!! Great job crew at the A&W in Sibley, IA. Oh, and the made in store root beer is wonderful!!
