Daytime food is fairly fresh and the onion rings and cheese curds are always good. Evening shift orders are absolutely disgusting. The food isn’t cheap either so it’s a huge disappointment that all the ice cream orders were runny and not frozen ice cream. The burger was so greasy and not as stated in the description. Missing condiments. Cold fries. The burger tasted honestly rancid like it was spoiled. Won’t be going here at night ever again.

Went twice and ordered the shrimp. I wanted double order of shrimp. I only got one with fries. I didn't want the fries. I also ordered a Reeses polar swirl I ended up getting a reeses shake.

Tonight was my second time visiting this particular A & W, and for the second time, the staff looked less than thrilled to be there. Young man that took our order was leaning on the counter, was almost mumbling. We received our order in a reasonable amount of time, my fries were warm at best and soggy. My burger was wicked hot (thank goodness). Saw a staff member make herself a chocolate and caramel ice cream cone, and lick her fingers while walking away from the toppings station. Drink and condiment station were ok. I would rate the experiences I’ve had at this location a 4/10.

i ordered a chocolate shake through the drive through one time before, ended up waiting to eat it until home since it’s not far from the location anyways and i get home and get a taste of it and its a strawberry shake. this has happened twice now! the first time i said screw it its fine but the fact that it happened again is unbelievable. i dont know how you can get those two mixed up let alone twice. was gonna call and complain about who it was that did it but decided it wasnt that big of a deal given its just a shake and if they can’t do their job right, i just won’t give them business anymore. absolutely unbelievable that it happened once. but a second time? i have no words to describe how frustrated i am that someone can’t get one thing right, let alone twice.

Our cashier\server name was Dawn her attitude was honestly disgusting she was so impatient with us making smart remarks and sighing once she was done taking our order she started complaining she wanted to go home. Working in customer service I understand we have bad days but EVERYTIME she takes our order it feels so unwelcoming and rude especially when we drive about 30 mins just for dinner.
