Skip the taco trucks for lunch and stop at Tacos Joshlyn (next to Pizza Ranch). I had a chorizo taco and a Quesabirria. Both were great. Definitely coming back.
The tacos el pastor tasted very authentic. Only reason I am giving 4 star is they need chips and salsa as a side order to purchase
