“Manager went above and beyond….
We recently went to 1015 Steakhouse in Sibley, IA. It’s one of our favorite places. Unfortunately this particular visit left us underwhelmed and sad with our food and service. Because this was not our normal experience, I contacted them to see if they could make it right. The manager went beyond our expectations in doing so. It’s obvious he wants happy customers and thanked us for letting him know. Therefore my rating is 5 stars!“
