When called was told they would not give out manager’s number and no solution to fix the issue.
What is the manager for when they can’t take calls and no remedy to poor service?
the ice cream was not froze it was soup!! speaking of soup... it was empty! I was told it would be 6 min. for chicken and they never did bring any out! I don't know what's going on but it's a shame. all the others are very good. this was for my mom's birthday last week. I was so embaressed!
