Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My children are authentic and can be very loud, but everyone treats them with love and friendship. Two thumbs up!

01/09/2025 We called to see if they had potatoes and a woman named Julie Wilson answered and said we always have potatoes and slammed the phone down then rushed us to eat our dinner and stood there and watched us eat that was disrespectful and there wasn't no pizza on the bar and said didn't have time to fix any this ain't the first time she has been rude not to us but to a lot of people something needs to be done. Our a lot of people will stop coming I spent 160$ on my step son birthday party here but it won't happen again

In a remote town and can't get delivery I have a fractured knee on crutches and and in a knee emobilizer I can't walk anywhere so I looked on line to see who delivers and pizza ranch poped up so I call cause I'm having trouble placing an order only to be told no deliveries til the 15th of January when someone is cleared to come back to work .. that's ridiculous.

We ordered carryout from their website. The confirmation email stated to pick up in 30 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later they told me they were working on it. Another 30 minutes went by, they came out and asked me the name on the order again. We were told there was no manager on duty, and they got pissy with us when we asked for our money back. The next day we realized instead of a 'refund' they charged us for the original pizza, and two more pizzas! Horrible experience.

The food was good just need to work a little about the chicken being completely done. Plus it looked like the clean up crew needs to wash off the napkin holders and salt and pepper shakers . Looked like they did a rush job on vacuuming.
Took Mom to her favorite restaurant for her 86th birthday. Pizza Ranch always has great chicken. Pizza is really good too. The buffet style works really well for us.
Great place to eat for a small town…..the food is excellent and the restaurant is clean wit polite help.

Great dining experience. Fairly busy at 1115 after opening. Plenty off food. Outstanding chicken and pizza with a generous salad bar. The manager checked on us twice. The manager and bus girl didn't take long to pick up plates when we had emptied them. Very fast and friendly
