I was impressed because I had ordered a certain pizza for "buffet it your way", but my request got laid aside and wasn't noticed for quite awhile. So when it was discovered, I was told they were making me a medium pizza of my request for me to take home. That is great customer service!

Disappointing buffet for 6:15 in the evening. Pizza was old and dry, most of the salad bar was picked over or gone, had to ask for almost everything.

A single order of breadsticks was a single breadstick. Not 6, one breadstick! When called was told they would not give out manager’s number and no solution to fix the issue. What is the manager for when they can’t take calls and no remedy to poor service?

8/5/23 Worst pizza ranch I have ever eaten at. Food that was available was okay but there was 3 partial pizzas on when we came, only 6 to 8 pieces of chicken, and there were multiple people and more following us in. 40 minutes before they brought any chicken put and we had to ask for. Then a group of 7, 3 groups of 4 came in and at one point there were absolutely no pizza on the buffet. I heard the table behind me also complaining about most of the salad bar almost being out and scraping the end if the bowl. 2 girls were working hard, none of the males appeared to be. Asked three times about the chicken yet nit one employee sent management after our comments and of course nobody made the effort to.ask how things were. Worst service ever.

We went in there and got a plate went to get some pizza there wasn’t any asked when would some be brought out they said don’t have time to I paid $30 for two and didn’t get no food it’s poor service I won’t go there again I will go to Pizza Hut it may be higher but at least I will get food
Last Saturday, our party of 15 came in 30mins before the lunch buffet ended. Quite a few others came in after us also. The employees did an amazing job and hustled to get more food made and out on the buffet. These employees were so kind as well especially for us coming in at the end of the buffet time. The best service I have had in awhile. Great job guys and gals that were working that afternoon! Keep up the good work.

I want to thank Zoe for such great service. What could have been a poor experience was saved by her. We ordered online and went through drive thru. They were out of a pizza ingredient. I chose a different pizza. Then they made the wrong size, so we waited. Zoe was so kind and made sure our order was right. She delivered it to our car and even gave us a $5 off coupon. That girl deserves a raise!

Pizza Ranch messed our our pizza big time. We called said next pizza would be free for us. We called today a weekish so later to redeem the pizza and was told we would not be getting a free one now no explanation why..... they literally have messed up our pizza so many times. Once time even forgot to add sauce another time forgot to add cheese..... Definitely don't recommend anymore. Also the lady we spoke to today was rude and didn't even try to help or look up another name the free pizza could have been put under....

I have supported our pizza ranch for a Long time but I'm done. I order pizzas like a large chix bacon ranch. Pay for it, then get told we don't have bacon and they expected full price. They gave 3 dollars off finally, and we all know bacon costs more then that. Then when it comes put its a medium because they ran out of large. They ask or let me know. Then it was like so im still paying for a large partial pizza. This has been happening alot, not getting the right orders and stuff and I'm just done with it.
