At best, food is ok. Slow service. Ordered the mimosa margarita and received a raspberry one. Asked and was told I got the right drink and he walked away. I used to bartend, hmm. Waiter never checked in after that. Overall, very American Mexican for presentation and flavors.

We took four Dordt University students to Los Tulipanes. Everyone was pleased. The enchiladas were excellent as was the burito.
