Always a local favorite. The staff was up front with us that they were short staffed and that it might be a longer wait. Once we were seated our order was taken quickly and the service was wonderful. The food is always well done.
To say this restaurant has great customer service is an understatement. April was amazing and the food was so good. This is what makes small town restaurants stand apart from big city restaurants. Please stop in you won't be disappointed!

While I still think that this place has one of the worst names for a restaurants in the area, I'm always pleased with the food and service here. Today I thought I'd take a gamble and order fish. Not the smartest idea for Iowa, but sometimes you might be surprised. Anyway, the fried fish fillets were actually pretty good -- better than others in my experience.
