For my birthday I received a digital DQ gift card through email. Last week I ordered a blizzard in drive-through and showed the digital DQ info at the window. I was greeted with a gruff response of we don’t have a card reader. I explained there is no card and showed him the digital number that needed to be keyed in and he rudely took the number and entered it. Not a great experience.
