Our first time trying 1854 Grille for a friends birthday. Walking in, everyone was super friendly. Our waiter was very ontop of making sure our drinks were full & that we were okay, love that. Our Garlic Parm boneless wings were great until the last one which was completely raw on the inside. I ordered a cheeseburger & my husband ordered a medium rare steak. First time my husband and I visited, we were so extremely disappointed. I reached out privately to 1854 Grille to inform them of our experience, the GM (Kat) called me personally and was so apologetic and offered to make things right for us by trying them again. We agreed, so thankful she offered to do that and that we tried again because our experience was a complete 180. We got sat this time by the fireplace, 10/10 recommend! When we first walked in we were read it by smiling faces. they were able to sit us right away. they took our order and did an amazing job. the food was so nice and hot and tasted amazing. the waiter that we had did a great job checking on us making sure we had everything. I will definitely be going back again.
