The manager came after waitress asked if all was okay , it tasted great just not very warm, and Ahe apologized. I feel he over did making things right but appreciated. I told him too everything was great just not very warm which I get “it happens”. Hubbies food was perfect. Everything else was great and will go back again. Nobody is perfect and it’s super busy I am understanding and patient everyone is short staffed and over worked”

“I've had Indian cuisine all over the country. This spot is really good. Not quite up there with the most authentic I've had in other states but for this area its damn good food. ? Got all my dishes extra spicy and they arent kidding, its pretty hot. My only issue was the garlic naan. It could use more garlic, pretty weak.”

“4.0 While a nice crispy waffle, are definitely at best cornmeal waffles. Barely a taste of cornmeal, definitely not cornbread waffles. The bell peppers are red and the skins are all that's there, surmising the flesh disintegrated because so they used frozen chopped. No jalapeno at all that I could taste or see. The andouille was diced way too small, the same amount but a larger dice would have added to the flavor combo. The chicken was prepared perfectly. The gravy was nice and light and didn't compete with the syrup. Syrup didn't come across with a bourbon caramel taste but it was a nice compliment to all the other seasonings. I'll come again and try something new. I had a lovely New Zealand Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc.”

“My husband, and I, pls my best friend, had gone there, for their delicious pizzas, the service was fast, and the waitresses were friendly, and made sure our glasses were always full. The pizzas were amazing!!! They came to us piping hot, within a short time. We’d definitely recommend this place, if anyone wants to eat in downtown Sioux City. We’d definitely be going back, we usually go to Old Chicago, but I’d rather support a local business. And now we know where to go, since we always go downtown, to the Palmers candy store. “Nice neighborhood bar. Very down to Earth… Being a Chicago Native, I was happy to see how much this bar loves the Chicago Cubbies!?? Some beer was being brewed while I was there and I stayed to be introduced to their newest beer… 3-fiddy (350) that’s how they pronounced it! Great IPA not real “hoppy” and has some sort of fruity/citrusy taste to make it a refreshing beer. The Double IPA Brioux is my fav though.

The time to wait to be seated was not long, nor the time for our order to be taken or the food delivered. The food was very good and the portions large enough to leave even a big guy like myself stuffed! The country fried steak is very large but does not subtract from quality to deliver quantity. The pancakes are the best I've ever had! The waitress was attentive and pleasant. Cost was about $37.00 before tip for 2 people.”

I heard the “devastating” outcry from the public when the fire happened & how they wanted it back and they’d miss it and everything so forth. Come to the re-opening I hear about people wrapped around the building & how they don’t have a big enough parking lot & how it was blocking off traffic because so many people wanted to go to opa time to try their food. I thought hmm this much be some good stuff. I better wait until the hype settles and give them a shot. Brings me to tonight when we went in at just the right time. Not a sole was in the restaurant. No drive thru, nothing. We got our food brought out to us by a very nice man. It was probably the best fast food establishment I’ve seen in my life. And I think Jim’s burger is pretty great on Pierce. It suddenly got so busy and in the rain the man went out to get someone’s order so it would be ready by the time they got to the window. Talk about top notch service. Five stars isn’t enough!!! We will be back & with TIP money next time because they deserve it.”

It is my main stop for coffee.The Caribou at America Truck Stop exit I-29 for Vermillion has become a regular coffee stop for me as well. Today Kaylie at TA Truck Stop Caribou was excellent as always!! She came to greet me at the counter with my Large Depth Charge in hand (aka The Double Grizz lol). It doesn’t get any better than this. boba. It’s also fairly inexpensive, only $5 for a regular size, and $6 for a large. Also, one of the workers at the counter there talks a bit quiet so it’s harder to hear her, especially if it gets busy. But she’s always been nice! Overall, good place, good service & good food.”

My girlfriend got roast beef classic, and she is very picky on how the au jus taste with some locations have a bland taste, luckily this one had not. If she approved, then so do i.”

“Bar setting with delicious food. They have outdoor seating, which is great if you have kiddos. They also have a bunch of stray kitties living there and they really appreciate leftovers. I played volleyball for several years here and it was fun. They've also got an outdoor spot for concerts.”

That makes a real difference for someone like me. Thank you for making good food accessible for the community.I will admit that they miss some of the time, there's been a lot of variation in quality, and I've noticed a few things lately, like smaller meat portions, less flavor, and a slight dryness that wasn't there before. I don't mean to be too critical, but when prices increase, we hope for an increase in quality, too.Still love it, just waiting for some shifts for the better again. Keep doing the good work.

Parking: Drive-in. You walk/drive up to the window, order, tell them which car is yours, then they'll bring it out.I prefer calling an order then picking up at the window to avoid being parked behind and trapped, works well either way though.”

“Drove all the way from Sioux Falls, SD to get Old Chicago. We had Jahni as our server. She was prompt, friendly, talkative. Our food was excellent. A tad sad they didn’t have spicy marinara, but above all great. Would recommend to anyone, and above all our service was excellent. Will definitely make the over an hour drive again for Old Chicago!”

“Random review. Love the place. Could eat here frequently. Lots to choose from with these 2 chains combined. Everything from Fish, Shrimp, and chicken, to great burger , fries, onion rings, and ice cold Root Beer. Who doesn't like any if that. You can't find anything to eat here then you way too darn picky and won't be accompanying me. Love the fish/shrimp tacos they had too. Little spendy anymore but who isn't. Since covid, prices have doubled everywhere it seems like. Crazy. But great food here.”
