“I always have a great experience at Marto, the staff is very friendly and the beer is top notch. I am a NE IPA guy through and through and this place has more than enough variations of them to satisfy my cravings. I travel for work and find myself in SiouxLand often. In my opinion there is not a better option for craft beer within an hour radius. I have had beer from brewers across the world and theirs is delicious. Thank you.“

“Stepping into the Diving Elk, you feel sophisticated. This gem is one of Sioux City's best as far as restaurants and bars go in the area with an evolving, seasonal menu that will make you want to try something new every time you visit! Don't sleep on the classics like the truffle fries and brussel sprouts though, there's a reason those always stay. Also try out their weekend specials! After your visit, you'll know why this place consistently has a "Siouxland's Best Bar Tender" nominee. They are experts in their craft with an incredible selection of cocktails and craft beers. “I was only able to get here once before they closed due to the construction of the hotel. Food was OK, but the waitress was ho-hum. I'll give it a 4 star for now, but I plan on giving it another go once they reopen and give them a fair review.“

“I brought my husband to Sioux City to the hard Rock casino as a thank you and a Valentine's Day date. When I was looking at the website I noticed that they had a gastro pub restaurant and they were offering a Valentine's Day menu which had New York strip steak on it, which is my husband's favorite. The restaurant is called Main and Abbey. We arrived for our reservation that was for 8:00 p.m. at 7:50 and we were seated immediately. It was brought to our attention by our waitress that our table had not been cleaned. So she immediately went and grabbed a rag and a dry rag and came back and cleaned our table off for us.Are waitresses name was Cali C. We ordered the New York strip steak medium well with Parmesan, garlic fries and a side of their Brussels sprouts. The steak came out cooked to perfection. It was very juicy. Very tender. Not a lot of fat. The french fries were perfectly seasoned with a garlic and the parmesan and the Brussels sprouts had the perfect amount of walnuts and pomegranate drizzle on them and they were perfectly crispy.Cali C. Our waitress was very bubbly, helpful, personable, attentive and just overall a great waitress.“
