“WOW that is so I can say! Unreal Pizza, apps, and atmosphere. Our service was exponential! They took the time with our large group, kept our kids entertained and went above and beyond with all the kids we brought and the chaos! I wish I would have gotten the two gals's name that helped us out I believe one was the manager but he hands down a staple of the city and unreal food. If you haven't tried it or I just visiting definitely a place I'd stop and eat!“

“I love this place, my family has been ordering Jerry's for many years. I usually order and tip the most at this specific restaurant because they're always so kind and happy to serve our community. Love the local appreciation! Today I called to order and the young lady said they cannot deliver to me today because her driver is unavailable and if needed she could ask another driver to come. I was shocked. I said I don't care who delivers it, and I asked her for her name. She wouldn't give it to me. So I hung up. Very strange, I almost thought I was calling a chain/franchise company!!“

“Just had the most delicious hamburger here. The food was so good. Place was very clean and Halloween decorations added a festive vibe. Server was very friendly and bathrooms were very clean. I HIGHLY recommend. Today was the best burger I've had in a long time!!“

“Drove all the way from Sioux Falls, SD to get Old Chicago. We had Jahni as our server. She was prompt, friendly, talkative. Our food was excellent. A tad sad they didn’t have spicy marinara, but above all great. Would recommend to anyone, and above all our service was excellent. Will definitely make the over an hour drive again for Old Chicago!“

“OMG, I love this pizza so much I ordered it through Sioux City's Little Ceasars by habit, Had to call and cancel my order because I'm Celebrating 4/20Fest in Denver CO. lol Sorry guys, but I will hit yall up when I get back to the SUX. “I just received my delivery order. I was outside when the delivery guy pulled up so I met him at his car and signed for my items. He gave me my items and and offered to walk up and get the door for me because my hands were full. I told him it was ok, I could get it and thanked him. I turned around to pull my gate closed and he was already doing it for me before heading back to his car. Thanks for the great customer service tonight. That and friendliness is lacking at many places these days 😊“

“There have been some great changes at this store, #1 is the new general manager! She appreciates all of her employees and in return they take really good care of the customers!
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza and really good salads!
Kid-friendliness: They have coloring pages and crayons to keep the kids busy while you wait for your pizza. They also have a TV in the lobby that can be changed to cartoons.“

“Always love going to Bob Roe’s when I have the opportunity. The wings and pizza are some of the best I’ve ever had.The pizza always has a good bake on it with crisp, slightly charred pepperoni.There are a few former Sioux Citians that I know that hit one of them every time they are back. I would recommend this place to anybody.“

“This was mybfirst time doing curbside delivery and it was the best experience ever! Not only was the food hot and fresh, but the staff member that delivered it was incredibly helpful even offering to go back in for plates and napkins as we were feeding a basketball team after a tournament.“

“For inexpensive chain pizza, it's hard to beat Dominos. My pizzas were hot and fresh and ready when they said they'd be. The employee who grabbed them for me was friendly and efficient. Our complicated order was all completely correct and my only complaint was that I should have ordered more pizzas, which is entirely my fault not theirs!“

“We used El Fredos to feed our Football team/cheerleaders after game last night, excellence customer service, great pizza!!! highly recommended!“
“I just want to shout out the staff. The girl that helped us was so friendly, but more than that, she took care of us the entire time we were there. She went out of her way to make sure we were good. In this day and age you really dont see the kind of customer service she gave. I think her name was Katrina. Im not sure. It was Saturday 8/30/24 at about 7pm. I was so impressed. She was great.“

“Nice sports bar to watch the Hawkeye game. First, we had warmed chips and salsa/queso, then added wings with dipping sauce and drinks. Fun and relaxing laid back afternoon with an exciting game. Gotta try this place and its not far from the casino.“
