Applebee's grill + bar

This Applebees rocks, customer service is prompt and perfect. I was asked if someone helped me 3 times within 2 minutes while waiting for a pickup order. The food always looks like the pictures. Love this place and will continue to go here!

Great place to eat, friendly environment. 10/10 will come back GM Brenda is the best.

Clint and Brodie are my husband and I’s favorite! They are so attentive without also over stepping, we always request them!

Almost every single time we come, we end up getting seated in the same section with the same waiter. Preston is the absolute best waiter. He is kind, attentive, and super sweet. My husband i actually get bummed out if we come and don't get his section. He is one of the best waiters that we've ever had at any restaurant!

Our waiter was friendly enough, but came and checked on us 3 separate times and it took us requesting refills (during our 30 minute wait on food) on drinks before he actually refilled any of our drinks.

Once we paid the check, our waiter wasn’t anywhere to be seen (we weren’t surprised based on our interactions while “active” customers) even though we stayed and chatted with friends who were in town for another 30 minutes.

The food was alright, nothing to rave about.

My food was cold every time we've went
there there's been issues with our food.

Ordered a $20 doller ribeye it was way overcooked I asked for a new ones and the second one was worse table next to me had the same issue. I didn’t eat either one but was still charged for a terrible steak

We both had their current lunch special. Both were delicious and at a reasonable price.

Their veterans day thing they do is great but this location needs to do better in accommodating 20 or more people all gathered around the front door waiting on their table.Never did receive the 5 dollar bounce card.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My wife and I stopped in to take advantage of your Veteran’s Day free meal offer. Everyone of the staff were genuine and gracious to all of the veterans that were there. The food was delicious and fresh. Thank you again for your above and beyond actions to honor the veteran community.
