We were told to sit ourselves, waited 10 minutes just to get our menus. A table that was seated after we put our appetizer order in were given there multiple appetizers before we got our French fry appetizer. When our main course finally arrived the chicken was plain and under seasoned, the garlic mashed potatoes we cold and just tasted like potatoes and milk that had been sitting for a while. The prices charged for this kind of food is insane. A very over priced, and underwhelming experience, with long wait times.

Maizie, our bartender made this an excellent experience. On point and responsive. Food was excellent. Maizie very attentive for our group. Made our weekend better than what I just spent at a big dollar resort. Hotel is also fantastic

Mazie made our evening, such good service!! The food for dinner was good, and the service from her made it great as it was very busy but she remained calm and friendly. Lastly, I think the hotel is nice as it is newer and the property is in a good location.

The food is fantastic. Brand new hotel and great service. Maizie was great as a server and bartender, went way out of her way to make the experience during a busy holiday weekend that much better. Great ammentities, great location and great people. Definitely suggest going here 5/5 stars

Best service I’ve ever had in my life at a hotel! Maizie made my trip! I’m trying to think of anything better to say about her but am at a lost for words. She made the stay great. The hotel is awesome!

Autum check me into the hotel after i had no reservation on my hotel.com app. She helped me get a room promptly for my stay since i was attending my religious assembly of Jehovah’s Witnesses to the connected convention center! Everything went smooth and professional so i know myself and other family and friends look forward to return to the hotel for our future Assembly dates! Daniel S

My food was good but I can't say the same for the rest of my party. One meal was inedible because of undercooked chicken. The service was awful. Everything took forever and there was only our party of 10 and 2 people drinking on the patio in the whole place. And we had given them a heads up that we were bringing in a large party. The chairs were very uncomfortable, you to either sit up straight the whole time or almost lay down.

This place needs to decide what it wants to be. It's a solid hotel restaurant--much better menu and food compared to other Courtyard-adjacent restaurants I've eaten at. But they advertise themselves as a standalone restaurant. And judged as a standalone, our experience was mediocre verging on frustrating. It was significantly understaffed. It took over 45 minutes from ordering to getting our food, for just two people. The staff were very nice, and it's not their fault there were just not enough of them. In fact, they went out of their way to save a table for us as a reservation for our special occasion dinner. So A+ rating for the staff.Food was ok. My prosciutto-wrapped filet, ordered medium-rare, arrived medium bordering on medium-well and without any prosciutto. The arancini had solid presentation but was light on flavor. So again, solid hotel restaurant. If I was staying at the Courtyard on business I would be satisfied with eating there. But we are staying elsewhere and went out of our way to eat there based on the marketing as a standalone restaurant, and from that perspective I was underwhelmed.
