What a pleasant surprise. We went there for a normal breakfast, but found we had come on the first Sunday of the month. which means, Mexican breakfast buffet. It was so so good, and there was soo much on the buffet.

Next time I'm in town, whether it's the first Sunday of the month or not, I'm definitely stopping there.

we have been here many times over the years. Real food, real flavor. 2 weeks ago our normal order of chicken fried steak and chili was very substandard. CFS came out of a freezer, gravy was good, but steak came from a frozen bag (Walmart???). Chili was edible, but not nearly as good as a year ago. My heart breaks as I am writing this

Bright little cafe. Service was great. She was quick, knowledgeable, and on top of it. The soda machine was making a god awful sound for the entirety of my visit. Food was good.

Food was not bad, love the Cafe's decor, but the service was absolutely abysmal. Server never came back to see if we needed anything. So never got a refill on our drinks. When i tried to get her attention she was playing on her phone and never looked up. Had to go ask for our check.

We usually visit this spot once a year for the past 3 years and this year it was disappointing, the Sunday buffet only was okay. The food tasted average at best. Not much flavor, missed the fresh warm tortillas, and Mexican flair to the dishes on the buffet.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs booster seats and kid friendly options for food. To go cups with lids for kids

We are from out of town and stumbled across this gem. The food was very good, the service was very good and we loved the atmosphere! We would come back if we are ever in this area again.

Stopped in for a late weekday breakfast after hearing good things about Brightside Cafe. The place was completely empty, which made for fantastic service and quick food preparation. I had the Denver omelette, served with hash browns and it was pretty good. With that being said, it’s astonishing how a breakfast order for one person costs twenty dollars including tax and tip in 2024 - especially when the bulk of the order is eggs and potatoes, two cheap foods especially purchased in bulk.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly!

Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult access.

Was there today during restaurant week and had pleasant experience. Ordered Brightside melt for myself and 1/3 Cheeseburger for wife. Food was great. Young man helping us at counter was friendly and hardworking. Food was quickly served.

The venue was dirty, especially the bathroom.
At 11am the brunch buffet was cold and old. No eggs. Poorly made everything else..... Left, Very disappointed and hungry.
My husband apologized for a bad pick, but it wasn't his fault. Expensive experience. We will NEVER make that mistake again.
Note: Other people's plate reflected our experience.
