I got an egg sandwich, the egg wasn't cooked completely and the croissant wasn't very appealing looking either. I've been before and the food was good so maybe just a bad day.Parking: There are plenty of parking spots in front of the restaurant.

Husband and I went in for some brunch, it wasn't busy but for some reason our server kept rushing us. In the middle of eating she asked if we where ready,I thought she was just going to hand us our bill for us to pay when we where finished, but that wasn't the case. She wasn't pleasant at all, the other two red heads where delightful but the brunette was clearly in a bad mood.

I love brightside,, but... I just ordered a Diablo burger though Uber. My order arrived with no side salad and the burger had only jalapeños and cheese. It's supposed to have lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, and spicy mayo. They also sent some kind of sauce that is rotten. Very disappointing. Apparently they don't care about the quality of delivery orders. 0 stars on this meal, but up until now they were a 5 star place.

Bacon was overcooked the toast for the there was only like four tables so they weren't busy the French toast was cold which I thought was really odd considering I sat 25 ft from the kitchen eggs were cooked perfect flavor on everything seemed okay there's no butter with the French toast just a little surprised I've had good meals in there

We were in Sioux City for a short time for our Valentine's Day getaway.Looking for somewhere to get a breakfast and we love to visit local shops including coffee shops. We found the bright side cafe by searching Google for breakfast sandwiches. My husband went in and ordered us food. He got me a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and he got a breakfast burrito. We ended up having to wait for almost 30 minutes for our food and unfortunately by the time I got mine my sandwich was soggy and the bottom part of it was pretty much inedible. Will give it a try again when we're in the area. Otherwise the atmosphere is awesome and my husband enjoyed his burrito.

Tables are too close together, but the buffet needs attention being filled and cleaned consistently. Wait, staff need to stay off their phones and consistently need refilling customer drinks and bussing tables.

Posting as a dasher - I've never eaten here but based on the way the place is reviewed, I assume it's good.Low rating because there is always a wait past the pick up time.

Our food came quick and was tasty. We orded and enjoyed the huevos rancheros, biscuits and gravy, and a breakfast burrito.
