Buffalo Wild Wings

Every time we come in and try to have a meal waitress take at least 20 minutes to help us out or complete ignored us like just right now we left because 3 table came after us and nobody help us but they helped the ones behind us!! Always bad experiences with the costumer services.

It was freezing cold in there, and everything we ordered came out to us cold. We have tried multiple times to enjoy this place, but every time the food is cold.

Food was cold my 4yr old mever got herac and cheese and we asked 3x for it. Bathrooms were filthy and my older kids food was cold and hard as of it was stale. My fries were hard and cold my burger was lukewarm. Overall terrible experience. Will NOT be back.

Ive been here a few times…a few times too many. Had a take out order and the wings were comical. Wings were covered in the wrong sauce and looked like wings off of a chick. Ordered fries that I didn’t receive and the boneless wings were sub par. Service is always slow.

Ordered pickup and waited for 45 minutes from the tine it said it would be ready. Got our order and the food was wrong terrible service no one at the register for 15 minutes

I have been to this location several times in the last few months and have never had a bad experience here. Even when it's completely packed and busy, the waitresses are always so nice and helpful. Mariah and Savannah were especially pleasant to be around. The food is great and I always look forward to having leftovers for later.

Yesterday (12/14) at noon had lunch here, and everything was good. Had fried pickles as an appetizer and 15 traditional chicken wings (2 different sauces and dry rub). I recommend coming here

Good thing the bonless wings are pre cooked otherwise the cold chicken I ate last night would have given me hours of joy in the bathroom.

Will never order again . Cardboard with sauce on it would be better. Dried out trash. Do better.

Could not get waitress to come over once she finally took our order. Sandwhich was not prepared with toppings ordered could not get waitress to come back. Didn't refill drinks wings were harder than a rock. Ended up throwing them away. Expensive for what you get.
