We haven't even gotten our food yet and I'm already leaving this review. The ATTITUDE we have received from the staff is ridiculous. As we are ordering we were having an issue with our child changing thier mind on what they want to eat so I can understand how that could be frustrating on thier end, however it is not something we can really control. Another thing that we could not control was that we could not hear them ask us a question as a loud car drove past on the highway right nest to thier location as they were asking it so we asked them to repeat it. They apparently could not hear us as we answered. Then TWO employees simultaneously proceeded to YELL through the drive through speaker to ask us again a question we already answered. Then told us to pull forward with out asking if we were finished ordering or giving us a total. At the window the employee never once said a polite word and then proceeded to slam the window in our faces after asking us to pull forward. I can understand a bad night, however having worked in customer service fore almost 2 decades I can tell you that it is highly unprofessional to take it out on your customers.

I wouldn't have looked, Id think it was veggie burger only! That's the last time I buy from there! Must have been under heat lamp for an hour. Its time to do some about this! Satisfaction 👎👎👎👎

I go here quite often and have issues with my order every single time. I wont be going back. I waited for over 20 minutes for them to give me the wrong order. I had to drive back and they were rude when I went inside and said "i think i got someone elses order". After waiting again, I left and they didn't give me my whole order. I had to go back in again and the girl at the counter was even ruder the 2nd time. My whole experience from ordering till when I got my correct food was over 30 minutes and very bad customer service.

The franchise owner of this location may want to have a frank talk with his staff about customer service. I have consistently gotten treated VERY poorly at this location. Today it was the older African-American gentleman working the drive-thru window wearing a mask screaming at me go order at the pull-up menu DESPITE the giant lawn truck blocking the driveway access to the order window and that "wasn't his problem" and REFUSING to take my order, resulting in the loss of a sale and a VERY angry customer. I understand there is an order of operations, but when something is disrupting that you learn to accommodate. He started out with being insanely rude and barking at me to pull around and order. The DRIVEWAY WAS BLOCKED, DUDE. The last time the manager didn't have potato buns and I'm allergic to sesame seeds and she snapped "how is it my fault I don't have it?" Isn't part of your job as manager to order stock? I work 5 minutes away from this location and would have become a consistent customer. Two for two attempts to go through and have truly bad experiences with the staff means a profit loss for the owner. Bummer for them. McDonald's it is....

Always get the order correct and very efficient. Other fast food places need to take lessons from this BK. They know how to get a line of cars taken care of very quickly and have happy customers.

Sat down to eat my food and saw that someone had put on the window Ni**er on the window. I went up to the cashier and told him that someone had written that on the window and all he said was "uh, okay" and went back to work. I was with someone and we had waited to see if they were going to do something and did nothing so took it down ourselves. The lack of initiative to take it down wasn't a good look for them nor is it a good look to Burger King as a whole.

Service not good Ate in burger was not fresh tasted like burger was sitting in warmer not cooked fresh Made a strawberry shake all the mixes sitting out on table. I believe mixes are suppose to be kept refrigerated none of them were all mixes on table Kitchen looked dreary Staff appeared to not want to be there
Noe was very polite, friendly & helpful !!And he has a nice, friendly smile!!He said I rule!!
