Just went drive through and it's prolly a darned good thing cuz I MIGHTA gave em a piece of my mind that day cuz I was NOT happy with the foodstuffs I shoveled into my cake hole! It was puny and barely warm and just overall "not good". Tasted like it was past time to change the grease and the people working Drive thru did NOT have a sense of humor....sheesh! Lighten up!

I’m appreciate of them. I asked for a side of BBQ for my 8pc nugget and instead put it on my chicken junior. I also asked for a plain crispy chicken wrap, but it still had royal sauce. The manager replaced both, added another free wrap, as well as free cookies

They will charge you for extra stuff and not give it to you. We called to let them know what we were missing and the one making the sandwiches lied saying he put it on there ummm watch your cameras no he did not how are you going to call me liar and why would I call and lie about not getting what I paid for watch your cameras and never ever again will I spend my money there Burger King just lost my business and to have to give them even one star there management sucks. And the food was not even hot. Get it together Burger King.

The food is a one start, it's the Midwest hello,. Nothing is fresh here. If you go thru the drive thru make sure you check before driving off..they always forget stuff.. It seems like they get mad when you call to complaint that your order is incomplete. The Hispanic workers will give you attitude like it's your fault. They should at least give you something free when it's their fault. Plus, one time I witness a worker refilling the ice in the soda machine put the lid on the floor..l

I used the drive up window. The food arrived quickly and was what I ordered. The worker was polite but forgot to give me my receipt. I waited for a bit until she realized I was still there. No trouble supplying the receipt.

Food is usually okay and the Building is okay but I really hate how the order is never read back and there's always something wrong. They also never give their customers the receipt and they throw them all away in big batches (I've seen this happen multiple times in the drive through). In the last month I've gone there three times and everytime there's always an item missing or something that's not correct. Every other BK in town is usually great so it's frustrating when my order is wrong almost every time here.

Worst customer service from a manager I have ever had!!! I had a simple pick up order of 2- 8 piece fiery nuggets and a French frie!! Said order would be ready at 12:16pm I'm standing here and it 12:38 P.M and the manager on duty today told me we have all these other orders it's going to be awhile. I counted 6 employees doing nothing!! Worst customer service ever

Verona was very very rude. Arried at 8:45 p.m. to order our food. We we're told we could not dine-in and must use driveup as inside was closing in 15 minutes. Have never experienced a Mgr so very argumentative and unwillingly to help us. Please visit with her as to what great customer should be. We will probably never come to Burger King again. By the way does Shane Saltzman still oversee the siouxland area BK'S Maybe he needs to beaware of this horrible customer service by a GM. LEFT IMMEDIATELY
