Recommend eating indoors ( not drive thru ) if ordering on the app, because they don't make the food ahead of the time that they eventually hear your voice on the drive thru microphone. Long waits because of this, and other drive thru orders get ahead of you even without app.

First off u all need to train ur employees better at this location. Me and my husband have been in here twice now for breakfast and dinner. And every single time u guys mess up on our orders. Cuz either ur front counter person is too deaf to listen or the one making the food is too blind to read the screen. When I use to work for a Burger King "WE" repeated all customers orders back to them with no hesitation. And we NEVER got cocky if someone brought up a messed up order to them. We apologized to them constantly. So retrain ur employees BETTER.

Zero stars needs to be a thing.. ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and 5 pc French toast sticks.. received 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and one packet of syrup.. this is why kids shouldn’t start at $15 an hour.. there was no other customer besides myself.. incredibly terrible
