We waited 15 minutes for someone to help us at the bar but they kept serving regulars that continued to approach after we got there, we were totally ignored, they didn't even look at as us. The back of the bar looked dirty too. Won't be back.

Bartenders were only serving the regulars or friends. Waited 15 minutes without even a 'hello'. When the bartenders made it our way it was to serve someone that just approached the bar and they knew him. Super rude. Thank you, f@$k you, bye.

They graciously allowed us to have the most successful benefit here and the place was absolutely packed. The staff was so accommodating and did an amazing job taking care of everyone's drink and food needs. Very kind people. Would most definately recommend.
Found a cockroach in my drink, bartender- a big lady idk her name refused to refund the drink.

The best for just a relaxing good time!!I love the castle! And her birthday (yes, the Castle's Birthday) is Feb 12. They are going to have a little celebration.
Great place for a drink, never too packed. And the owner is a real good guy. Does anyone know how far Saturn is from Mars?
I love the theme and the bartender was super nice!
