For $9.83 I got a complete delicious meal! Chicken was excellent and of course the fries too!! Great service and clean place. So glad they opened a second location!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Apart from the fact that they leave their employees out in the cold for hours on end and treat them horribly, they have horrible service! My food was cold and no one offered to replace my food or anything after waiting half an hour. Stephen Chestnut should be held accountable for this unacceptable service.

Wow. Wow wow wow wow wow. The owner is TERRIBLE to which i hear from multiple employees. He listens to nothing they say. Hes extremely mean & greedy. Cares nothing about his employees. I've heard stories upon stories.
I just got back from this location, 24° outside. Feels like NEGATIVE -10!
Employee is standing there beat red, SHAKING & trembling. Wind is 32MPH, business signs are blowing over onto the ground. & the owner refuses to let the employees go inside & just use the speaker to order. I talked to employees and they said if anyone comments stuff like this on instagram chickfila will block them.
I was so excited for this location but what i dont put up with is owners and PEOPLE; himans that treat others like sht just because they're the 'boss'.
This is so disgusting. I hope it loses business & closes. You cant treat people this way for months on end with it going well. Eventually somethings going to happen.

Im at a loss for words. Why cant the speaker be used to order FOOD!? Its food. The speaker is there for a reason. We had negative degree weather a couple weeks ago, and I was told he still made them stand outside.
I will be calling corporate.
I can’t believe the way the employees are treated at this location! I came through the drive thru and a girl was standing outside in negative real feel weather, freezing to death. I drove by later on and that same girl was still outside! There are workers there with blisters on their hands from the cold! This is totally unacceptable! When I wrote about this on Facebook, this location blocked me. No matter how many times you voice your opinion, this location does not care. The location on Sergeant Road does not place their employees outside in the winter. Something is clearly wrong here. Please don’t support this location until something changes.
